Public MCP disclosures

The Public Model Context Protocol ("MCP") server is a software tool that allows you to connect a third-party AI agent to your Public brokerage account in order to automate investment decisions and order placement. This product operates differently from traditional self-directed investing — trades may be executed by your AI agent without your direct input on each transaction. By using our MCP server to connect a third-party AI agent to your Public account, you authorize this AI agent to view your account data and place trades on your behalf. Public does not control, supervise, monitor, recommend, or audit any third-party AI agent or AI provider. Your AI agent’s processing and inference occur on the AI provider’s infrastructure. Once your account data is shared with the AI provider of your choice, it leaves Public’s security environment and is governed by that provider’s terms, not ours. You are solely responsible for your choice of AI provider and for any use of your data by that provider. You assume all risk for trades placed by your AI agent and for any use of your data by third-party AI providers. Trades you submit through the MCP server are deemed authorized by you and are subject to the same fees, terms, and conditions as any other order in your Public account. Brokerage services are offered through Open to the Public Investing, Inc. ("Public Investing"), a registered broker-dealer and member of FINRA and SIPC. Cryptocurrency services are provided by Zero Hash LLC.
